Description

The Winter Trail bisects the Silver Falls Waterfall area and makes two shorter loops possible for hikers that don't want to walk the entire Trail of Ten Falls Loop Hike. This trail junction in the bottom of the north fork canyon is where those loops come together. The trail junction is right on the creek and just west of here is one of the few places in the area where creek access is easy.

The Winter Trail immediately crosses the North Fork of Silver Creek on a modern steel bridge.
