Driving Directions
From Depoe Bay, drive south about 4 miles to Otter Crest Loop Road. Angle right through the somewhat complicated intersection and head down Otter Crest Loop. After about 1/4 mile, turn right on 1st St.
From Newport, drive north on Hwy 101 7 miles to the south end of Otter Creek Loop. Turn left on Otter Creek Loop and drive 0.4 miles to 1st St. Turn left on 1st St.
The parking lot at the end of the road provides a good view of the top of Devil's Punchbowl. Backtrack about 1/10 of a mile to a parking lot on the north side of the road. Park here and walk a short distance north on C Ave. to the start of the trail.
