Description

This is the upper crossing of Ladd Creek, where the Timberline Trail crosses. The sandy gash cut by the creek is deeper here than at the lower crossing and the crossing itself is typically more difficult.

In late 2007, the crossing was simply a long stride between from one large rock to another.
