Description
Linton Lake is a mid sized lake in Lane County, OR. Its shores vary from rocky lava flows to old forest. There are campgrounds scattered around the lake. It's a great fishing spot for Rainbow, Brook, and Brown trout. It gets crowded in the weekends, so go here on a weekday. Linton Lake has two inlet streams and one outlet stream. The main inlet is called Linton Creek, and has several large waterfalls upstream, the largest is over five hundred feet tall. This lake is the main destination of the Linton Lake Hike.
