From Portland Hikers Field Guide

The Multnomah Creek Way Trail at the junction. A close look shows that the trail is on an old railroad grade, cut through a small ridge.

A closeup of the sign. The distance to the Multnomah Creek Spur Trail is actually 2.7 miles and the sign at the other end states it correctly.
