Description

This is a trail junction on the edge of the Benson Plateau. The Ruckel Creek Trail is an official trail that climbs the Ridge on the east side of Ruckel Creek. The Ruckel Ridge Trail is an unofficial, non-maintained trail that climbs from Buck Point right up the crest of Ruckel Ridge. The junction can be difficult to find from the Ruckel Creek Trail. It's probably best to climb the Ruckel Ridge Trail, rather than attempt to find the junction in order to hike down.
